Land & Housing Redistribution
Working with the Development Action Group and Anzabeth Tonkin, I produced the following series on apartheid planning for the South African Local Government Association (SALGA). Each of these issues shows how medium-density housing on inner-city land can be provided to poor South Africans. In so doing, these publications advocate for concrete strategies to un-plan the racial and spatial segregation violently enforced by the apartheid state and sustained in the present day.
